House of Mystery

Geograficamente ausente, temporalmente omnipresente, a esta casa perdida num limbo sem nome qualquer um pode ir parar. Toda ela é feita e entretecida no tecido do mistério, no sonho de uma noite de Inverno de uma arquitecta (ou será um Arquitecto?) perdida de e nos sonhos.

Nela todos podem parar e na realidade todos param. Nela se come e bebe e dorme, uns à espera porque ali estão cativos, outros parece que por ali apenas passam. Mas a todos para comer ou dormir ou beber é pedida a mesma moeda de transacção: histórias. Se queres beber uma cerveja gelada terás de tecer um conto onde dois deuses deram à luz um universo azul. Ou se queres uma feijoada á trasmontana terás de relatar como foi o último caso do velho assassino a soldo mais perigoso que a velha beata da aldeia.

Ainda agora começou e já me prendeu. Porque é mesmo a minha praia. Se o que vos descrevi é a vossa também, estiquem por lá a toalha e tomem banhos de sol nos 5 capítulos do primeiro volume desta série: Room and Boredom.
